Who knew that being consistent with my exercise would help me lose weight?! No running for me today though. Tonight is the first night of my swim class, so I'll be playing water baby instead. Be on the lookout for purple in my log, Beth. I know how much you love the purple.

Yanti, you keep me laughing--need it after my LOUSY shift today.  I hate EMS guys who dump and lie about it.

Glad to be of service, Judi. Dealing with dumped pts is a byatch, I have an inkling of what your life's like ... used to do a bunch of stuff in ERs (mostly observe) and clinics (teach and history/intake) but I was also a PALS & BLS instructor and had a bunch of the other alphabet soup certifications.

So I feel for ya, I really do. Once in a blue moon a dog will sink its teeth into me without warning, but that's about as bad as my life gets.

Gail, I definitely need the "work sucks" shirt, having a sucky day at work got me running 2 years ago and look at what I'm doing now--(still having sucky days and now training even more.)..the fun outs don't make the suckiness of the day go away but the endorphins released in my fun out make me not give a darn anymore
