Okay, I didn't make it to 50% this week, but am up at 44%.  considering I went from 15% to 44%, I have faith that I will get my 14 hours in before the month is out.

How did everyone do with races this weekend?  Julie - mountain bike, Lynne - st paddy dash?  Anyone else?

Nice pix everyone!  I just entered a big ol' ZERO in the spreadsheet and am hanging my head in shame.  So sorry.  I will make my goal, but I am frustrated with my inability to get on the bike this weekend due to weather and other commitments.  My goal today is to finally finally finally set my trainer up in the garage with a dvd player and my Sex and the City dvds and just get on there whenever I can.  I figure 30 min here and there will add up.

Great pics. CHR15. Is Canterbury Cathedral close enough? (Another request). You must have had my rain from early morning. You're a good lad going out in that, looked pretty miserable. Clean your bike after getting home or leave it for a day like I did? Kept to main roads so no cowpoo. Found an encrusted worm on the front fork though! Thought I was carrying excess weight

Next weekend I have an 85-90 miler planned, Canterbury should just fit in that! Nice city wall and some roman ruins there too!

You did great getting out on the weekend too! So I'll retract the wimp statement! Nice job on the worm! lovely! Plenty of cow poo and manure too! great for the roses not so good splashed round the mouthpiece of your drinks bottle!

Do you do anything besides ride? My goodness you are putting in the miles.

CHR15 is only planning a long ride because he's 46 miles behind me this month! Ohhh! A challenge within a challenge. Only kidding CHR15. I have to step off the bike every hour to stretch my back. Don't know what the problem is at the moment but it's killing me. At least it gives me a chance to take some photos.

Good morning or afternoon depending on what part of the world you are in at the moment.

Another beautiful day here in GA and another day at work. I really am hoping that Sunday will be a georgeous day. Frank and I are planning a long ride on the Silver Comet trail. We have to drive about an hour from our house (no traffic or it is longer) and then ride the trail. It is an old converted rail line. They have finally approved construction to pave the last two miles. Then the trail will go all the way to the Alabama line and connect with a trail in Alabama. I can see a future weekend ride where we ride in one direction, spend the night, and then ride back to our vehicle.
