Right now, though, I don't know how I'm going to make it home from work. I'm so zonked. I was planning to do a short walk to shake all my muscles out (and get points for here AND the crappy weather challenge!), but I don't know that it will happen. My skin hurts a lot from the cold this weekend, though at least it doesn't burn as much. When I woke up for work, my skin felt - on both the inside and outside like it was on fire! I was all bright red, too - gotta love some good cold burn! |

So it doesn't matter if I'm having a super slow day and can only manage a bare jog, I only have to make it 20 minutes. Or, I can push and see how far I can get and make some nice pacing. It'll be interesting to switch to a mileage plan and see what I think about it. Three more weeks! |
