Subject: RE: TAN 75: Yanti wouldn't start me.JChristoff - 2009-05-13 2:36 PM wurkit_gurl - 2009-05-13 2:33 PM Most likely not... They call back regularly to check in and see if the company needs any other temps for any other reason.Hmmm...the temp agency that I went through just called here - she was looking for my supervisor who is out of the office for the day. I wonder if they are looking to replace me with a temp or something. I can't lose my health insurance with this whole cyst thing going on - I don't have $600 for an ultrasound. Well, I tried to transfer her to my supervisor's voice mail, but for some reason the phone wasn't cooperating, so I asked if she just wanted to try him tomorrow when he'd be in and she said she'd shoot him an email...if it was just a sales call, she'd wait, I assume. I mean, they don't REALLY need me here, esp. not full-time. There's not enough work to keep me busy, really. So they could get a part-time temp, and spend a lot less money (and no insurance necessary) on that person. Edited by wurkit_gurl 2009-05-13 1:39 PM |

Be prepared for the worse... but really... in a former job we used a couple of temp agencies... they would call every freaking week to see if we had additional openings even well after we completed the contract. |

The only other thing I can think of is that they still owe the temp agency money, since awhile ago, we kept getting bills and I got a couple of calls from their billing dept. But those stopped and we haven't gotten any in quite some time, so I assumed everything was all settled up. I swear, if I get let go again, I'm going kill myself. I can't deal with anymore stuff right now. |

This is where you're going wrong. There's no formula for every hill. Be comfortable and stay in control. I almost NEVER have my knees against my top tube. I might get a little low, but I rarely shift my weight fully to the rear, unless I'm emergency braking. Be smooth, and the speed will come. |

But if so, and you really want an ultrasound, I'm sure we can sneak you in some night and steal a portable machine from L&D and give you your ultrasound. |

Yeah, see, I don't ever feel like I'm in control going down a hill. On a flat, yes, uphill, yes. But not downhill. And those were all the things I was told to try to make it feel like i was in control. BUt they don't work. |

But since Christmas of 2007, bad thing after bad thing has been happening, without any real good things happening to make up for it. And I'm just really sick of it. |
