Subject: RE: The Ghoulies are taking off the pounds in February part 2!!!morning everyone. its a strength training kinda of day for me..... i may swim. but we'll see. im gonna do 3 hrs of spin on Saturday, so.... got my long run in yesturday so its just short run, a long swim, and two days of spin and try to eek in a 2nd strength training session somewheres. it feels good to be in a rhythm of some sort. had a chance to sit down with my trng plans and figure out what the hell im doing for the next few months. always nice to have a plan. my husbands closing is on Friday. i wish i could say that he was moving in Saturday, but..... as life goes. im trying to keep my wits about me, i REFUSE to allow it to get to me to the point where i start getting 'harpy'.... it is what it is.... as long as life is moving forward, that's good enough for me. stacieb |
