Ref is over his head....encroachment on the Paraguay PK no call...then calls back the Spanish one for the same reason...but the Paraguay GK fouls Fabregas in what should be a second penalty and no call....Guatemalan ref is not on top of things at all..

Yeah, the commentators really got on the keeper, but I thought it was a very good strike.
