Though I am beginning to wonder what Cat does for a living. So,I skipped another day of working out... feeling kind of guilty...but I've been taking the little one to the doc every morning this week for intramuscular antibiotic shots (ouch) so morning workouts are gone, and between stressing at work and commitments at night... well, at least I know I'll get a workout tomorrow (agility class). Important thing is I paid hubby's gym fee so he can continue working out. Yeah! Awww, poor kid! Sounds like that isn't much fun at all |

I'll get to see them again in January and at that time they will be big brothers to their new baby sister who is due in December. I can't wait. |

Extreme Veteran 461 Minnesota | Subject: RE: They Who Shall not be Named II So I'm having some bike issues. I went in to get refit for a more aggressive-tri position and I wasn't able to swing it. Uncomfortable, yucky, really bad feeling. So I moved my seat back myself and now I can't find that sweet spot that I had before I'm getting really irritated, especially in the area of my va-jay-jay LOL! But also in not having that comfy spot I had before Do I go back in to get refit or do I just keep messing with the seat until I can find it? A little info... I don't have clips on my bike currently. My bike came with the step-in strap things. I know that fit is a much bigger deal when you are clipped in. I have intentions of buying new pedals and shoes when I get my tax return in February. So maybe I should just keep messing with it until I get the pedals and shoes? I just honestly don't really want to take my bike back in right now, but if you all think I really should, I might be able to be convinced. |

If you take your bike back to the LBS, they should be able to adjust the seat for you with no charge. Call them first and let them know the problem, just to make sure. |

Pro 4507 Simpsonville, SC | Subject: RE: They Who Shall not be Named II Good morning! Jeni, yes yes yes. Take it back to the shop. Nothing kills your training like riding a bike that could double as a medieval torture device. I can't hang around long today. I have to work! (Imagine that) I'm going to attempt a 3 mile run after my shift. Take that - stupid hip flexor! Oh and I haven't even looked at the spreadsheet. I guess I'll have lots of catching up to do this evening! Have a great Wednesday, Nibbins! Pam |

If you're on a road bike with aerobars you might ask them to check to be sure your aero set up isn't too aggressive for the geometry of your bike. |

Pro 6582 Melbourne FL | Subject: RE: They Who Shall not be Named II Sweet lord, black leather boots, high heels, sex for the headache, man purse, it was a good time after I left last night 1st place, we rock!!! Saved another $1.90 today and rode in again, told the wife last night it's going into the trainer fund, she looked at me with crossed-eyes, I think she was thinking a trainer at the Y! Did my #4 core workout last night while watching The Biggest Loser. Not into the whole reality TV stuff but wanted to see what they did for the "triathlon" event. Bike 20k, top 6 then did a run 3k, then the top 3 did a 1k swim. I thought the swim was a big long for them and it showed when the "swimmer" kicked everyones butt. Anyway I was able to get in a good core workout, then the wife brought out the ice cream with chocolate syrup and we ate it together. Never saw the end of the show, we got a little busy !!! So what do we talk about today... |
