Okay, gang!  I'm off to a meeting.

Joe in the Vamps is thinking he can catch us (all by his lonesome).  So, you need to start chatting. 'K?

tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, will this day never end?

btw - I'm going to get some running in this weekend!

Me too! Before everyone starts thinking I just sit around and post, I was taking a few days off due to PF pain in my foot after my 18-miler last Sunday. But now I'm getting back to it, hopefully with some shorter miles today and tomorrow and Sunday's 10-mile race. Then next week I'll be back to a normal schedule. After falling short of September goals, I promise you guys I will not fall short again.

No slacking off.  I don't want to have to come to New York and "motivate" you.

No pressure.  Nope.  Not the least bit.  At least if you know what is GOOD for you.

But you could reply to each and every one while you read. Now THAT would be padding
