In a couple of weeks it might be time to get really strict with eating... low dairy (no cheese/cream etc), maybe no gluten, very low saturated fats, no sugar, no caffiene, no brassica vegies (cabbage, broccolli, cauli flower), low commone allergins/irritants (soy/tomato/corneggs/peanuts) Although maybe I will just do some of thos things... that would be a lot to give up! And i REALLY like food! okay, I know my diet sucks (though I haven't had a jelly bean since Nov!!!).... but what's left to eat by the time you give up all that??? |

Owen has recovered from the RSV and has breathing treatments daily. Emma (1) is over her pneumonia (sp?) Evan (4) is the healthy one Aiden (5) was diagnoised on Tue with two ear infections and strep Makes me glad that I'm not around them all the time. I think I'd be sick too. |

We tried to do what we could this weekend, but with that many kids there is always something. And chances are the next assignment that hubby gets he will more than likely deploy. So that will really be tough for her. We are hoping that if he does depoly that she will hopefullly be close to part of the family. |

YEs, I'm going to do some bike races so that I can do them with hubby. He wants to do a century, but I draw the line at 60 miles this year. I don't have the time to dedicate to training for a century right now. |

We talked about doing an MS ride... it's a two day, we thought that he could do 75 one day, and I'd do 75 the other (then somebody would be able to stay with the kids)... Unfortunately, the only men allowed at Little Red Riding Hood are course support (no male riders) |
