I just drove my 15 yr old and two of her friends to the mall. 15 minutes in the car with them, and I think my head is going to explode.

It was tough. Not only are they talking to each other, but they're all on their cellphones and carrying on both conversations at once.

I spent the better part of my day on the trainer so I'm peachy and then some! I did a 60 mile ride, 5 mile run. I'm just two days from taper. Bring it on....

That's a pretty good start. How ya feelin'?

I feel great! The ride was really long because it was on the trainer, but the run was amazing. I feel so good on brick runs. I think I'm ready for NO. I went 65 miles today so it's only 5 more, right?

Ironman New Orleans 70.3, I'm leaving two weeks from today. It's April 5. Otherwise I wouldn't be doing all these ridiculous trainer rides.
