I will admit I am scared to enter the Wilson vs. Marsha arena.... no WAY will this post-50 year old broad expose herself to pictures in a bikini!!  We'll leave that for Wilson, ha ha!!  I bet he could rock the bikini too, just like Marsha!

Okay since I'm the only dude on here these days......WOW, NICE !!!!!!  and the bruise is pretty impressive too!!!!  This girl's got the whole package!!!  LMAO   Had to say it!!!!  That'll take awhile for the pretty colors to disappear.  Hope it doesn't feel as bad as it looks!!!

LMAO! No, it doesn't feel as bad as it looks, and thank goodness the swelling is going down- I felt like I had something growing out of my butt for a while there! My husband thinks it looks either like a dragon, or a dog licking its privates!

I don't know how you continued to workout especially bike and run after that.  You is one tough cookie!!!  Many people would have laid off for awhile and healed a little.......ME...haha...Great job HTFU!!!

I know, I know....It's a blank canvas waiting to be painted....that's my way of looking at it... gotta start somewhere.  But I agree it is kinda funny.  My wife has been calling me scrawny.....that's the best compliment I've gotten in awhile..  

Not to make you feel bad, but here's something for you to shoot for - This is what I have after not setting foot in a weight room for 6 months! Must be the 'roids...

 

He comes by it honestly! I saw flashes of myself and I don't know what else in my daughter today... We were leaving the gym where she tried out a kids' speed/agility class. I asked her what they did and she said, "A bunch of stuff that made me want to die... It was AWESOME!!!" I commented that if you leave the gym with energy left over, you've done something wrong, and she said, "That's how I roll."

I'll never be that cool. 

Go Wilson and Marsha!  I love the competition idea.  

Wilson, if you are doing the eating plan along with the P90X you should see tremendous results.  I have a couple of friends who are almost done with it and they are both in amazing shape now.  

Tammy, that hurts me to even look at it.  I agree with the dog picture, though; that was the first thing I thought of when I saw it.

That is hillarious!!  The things kids come up with....I like the ".....made me want to die....It was AWESOME!!"  That's a true competitor there-just like mom!  You'll have to annoy her with using the "that's how I roll" about a 100 times in the next week!! 

Well, glad you think I'd be sexy in a bikini...I think so too.... My neighbors love when I mow the lawn...I do it in a leopard thong, medium tank top, black sox with sandals and a beer hat with two straws.....that's the definition of sexy!!!!  LMAO!!

So today the workout went well - this woman who is training me is NUTS - very intense and looks at me like I'm crazy when I tell her I can't do something stating "Well, YES...you CAN...if youthink you can...so, are you going to??" This was in response to my notion that I could not bench 75# today on my 4th set of 8 repetitions - LOL! She stood over me and by-gosh, I did it!! Then she made me stand in front of the mirror and practice "posing" with everyone in the gym able to watch me - ugh! I guess that's one way to get over being embarrassed about it!

Tomorrow is the first day of BICEP/TRICEP work...watch out Wilson!

I would have felt like a "poser", ha ha!  Does your trainer woman wear a studded leather bustier and carry a whip??  Thigh high black leather boots??  She sounds like a dominatrix!  Guess she SCARED you into lifting that 75 pounds!!!
