I seem to run on a different BT schedule than everyone else.

Off to plank! BRB for a space filling post letting you know that I am done and heading out to run!

You need to give up your workouts and stay up all night with them all!  Cool

I tried but when I was on last night everyone disappeared. Maybe it's me? I swear I'm not a Ghoulie spy! Innocent

Ghoulie Busters!!! Doesn't anyone know the 'non-recording' members of the group?

My plantar faz is killing my right foot but yoga helped this am...

sadly the visit to the gym didn't boost our %.  Fingers crossed that I can start running again.

Happy Thursday Everyone

rnihill - 2010-10-06 9:20 PM It's been quiet for a while so you all may be off doing other things...  but when you are bored at work later, here's a question.  Is it possible to develop an ear infection WEEKS after your last swim?  My ears have been bothering me since my last race.  But I got home tonight and my right ear has sharp pains and go in and out of "tunnel hearing".  I'm achy but also just plain tired...

Other than feeling generally crummy I feel well enough to do some running - so don't go getting all excited, Ghoulies!  Just trying to decide if I should actually go have it looked at.  Or am I turning into a hypochondriac?

My opinion I would go and have it looked at. I got an ear infection last year from the shower - not even from swimming.  Even though I dry the ears and clean the ears I still managed to. I even tried the swimmers ear drops from Wal-Mart. It would clear it up and then come back. Did this rotation 3 times before I went to the doctor. By that point it was bad... I vote for Dr.

I went through the logs of the people who hadn't updated the spreadsheet and took care of it with what was posted in their logs. We now have a slight (.4) lead over the Ghoulies.

x2 anything 'sharp pain' is NAWT GUDE. (as opposed to 'gawt nude', which is great)

Take it from someone who thinks she's a hypochondriac, 'pushes through,' and then keels over at the most inappropriate times.

Stacie rawketh.

I just updated/changed goals myself. They were a little unrealistic considering that right now pulling the blankets off, feeding the animals, feeding myself, and sitting upright in front of a monitor are ... challenging.

GO GET IT CHECKED OUT! It could be an ear infection or it could be swimmer's ear. I've had both at the same time and it took forever for my ears to get cleared up. I was on medication and drops for 4 months last summer to get my ears cleared up.

I forgot eating Pop Tarts.

I stink like a hyena, so I'm going to take a shower, too. It's complicated ... I gotta heat water up on the stove, mix it with cold from the tap, then take a dipper bath. I live on the cuff here!
