Can you believe this? I am in shock.....I've been wondering if it would EVER happen!! But then you will be sad and lonely and miss him! Yes, I will miss him....but this butterfly needs to fly a bit. I know if I hurt he'll talk to me. They have given me a lot of tools to deal with the irritation that the muscle occasionally gives me. I know I will appreciate not making a copay every week. |

Master 1623 | Subject: RE: January Training and Nutrition Challenge rh8463 - 2011-01-18 6:03 PM Emmanem - 2011-01-19 1:37 AM RANT ALERT!! 2 things that annoy me that have happened within the last 24 hours: 1. When someone calls and clearly has the wrong number, you can barely understand them, they start getting annoyed at you and then ask "who's this?" Ummm no you called me ask for who you want to talk to and I'll tell you you've got the wrong number. Do not act like I've hijacked their phone and then hang up on me without saying apologizing for having dialed the wrong number. 2. DO NOT CALL ME AT 5:45am from some number I don't recognize. I am sleeping and you're lucky I didn't answer because nothing nice would've come out of my mouth at that point. From the lack of voicemail and no call back I assume you realized you had the wrong number. You can also add those people who call and when you tell them you have the wrong number they recite your number and you say yeah that's my number but someone gave you the wrong number and they argue with you... that's when I hang up. One guy has had 3 phone conversations with me gotten to my voicemail another 4 and had me hang up one him a couple more times and still doesnt get he has the wrong number... I just don't understand some people. I couldn't fall asleep last night and when I do I get woken up by a phone call at 5:45 and then couldn't fall back asleep. I am exhausted now. END RANT! So I should stop giving out your number to random guys I meet at the bar then? Hahahahaha This comment just made my night.... one of the girls in my mentor group last year actually had this happen to her and guys would call at 3-5 in the morning asking for some girl they met at a club. Needless to say she was not happy! |

This stinks!!! I have to admit... we no longer have a house phone and I often have no idea where my cell is and if I don't recognize the number I don't answer. I never hear the phone ring so I miss alot of calls. But I love the peace and quiet and I do NOT miss the random calls in the middle of the night. |

Master 2042 Albany, NY | Subject: RE: January Training and Nutrition Challenge So, here's a totally random topic of conversation... My brother is getting married this summer and both my kids are flower girls. We just ordered their dresses, which got me to thinking... I need something to wear to this wedding too. I hate dress shopping and I really hate dress shopping when I don't weigh what I really want to. (Remind me to keep working out!!!) Anyhow, my real question is... what the heck kind of dress does a sister of the groom wear to the wedding, who is not in the wedding itself, but has kids in the wedding and will most likely be in a lot of family pictures? Me and hubby eloped to the mountains in Montana... I don't know how to do a "normal" wedding!!! |

Rhoda - I know where you are coming from, dress shopping when you aren't where you want to be weight wise is never fun. As for what kind of dress.....anything pretty or that you feel good in! I dress the same whether I am family or a friend. You could always do a skirt and top too... I have a beautiful full length skirt, black with a large pink flower pattern (doesn't sound as nice as it is...), which I have worn to several weddings with a nice pink top. You can add heels a wrap and even a hat if you want to.... |

Master 2146 East Side of the Bay | Subject: RE: January Training and Nutrition Challenge Rhoda-about a dress. Look for something with a flowing lower 2/3rds and a pretty neckline (empire waist). Almost always flattering no matter what your shape. Maybe pick a solid color that complements your daughters' dresses and get a fabulous necklace you can enjoy with other things. Feel free to post pics in your blog for voting! LOL |

Kathy, we soooo need to shop together!! Hmmm, not many piglets hanging out at my pool either sadly. My exciting news for the day is that I get an orange swim cap on Sunday instead of the usual white one my AG gets - its the little things that make me happy There is still a lot of rain about though and the roads are probably going to be wet so I think my aim for the race is to stay upright on my bike but still get a decent time. My other aim is to not be last in my AG out of the water for the swim but that is more like a pipedream of mine.... |

Extreme Veteran 667 Melbourne | Subject: RE: January Training and Nutrition Challenge Hi all, Going okay this week down here, getting some decent food in although the training could be much better. Heading off camping in the morning and won't have any internet access for over a week so will have to get the spreadsheet all updated when I get back. Already got my 2 bikes, HRM, GPS and swimming gear all packed so should get heaps of training in (as well as a few games of golf). Camping at the foot of a very large hill which has a running track up the side climbing 1000m in 4000 metres of running, and it is also a great climb to do on the bike up the actual roadway as well (the road climbs the 1000m in 15 kms), but like all hills of that size the coming down is alot more fun than the going up. I might even try for my first point for a junk food free day while I'm gone. |

In races I've done that a different cap color is given it's for the weaker swimmers who want the kayakers to really keep an eye on them. Edited by QueenZipp 2011-01-20 7:08 PM |
