Ron Zook SUCKS. You know, they say, every once in while, even a blind pig finds an acorn. And that's what the Zookster, who is one of the WORST coaches in college football (but a great recruiter) did on Saturday. |

Jeez Scott what's up with the Zook hatered, Ill beat up on Iowa or something!?! I personally think Zook is a good coach, he got railroaded at UF because nobody can follow Spierrer (SP?). Look what his talent did after he left, won a championship! |

Elite 4148 Utah | Subject: RE: They Who Shall not be Named II Mornin' All! Life is always better with my white café mocha (no whip cream). Just made it into work a few minutes ago. Took the little one in for his last shot, tomorrow he has a follow-up, if hte ear infections till exists, it's off to the ENT for tubes. Funny thing, this kid is so mellow, you'd never even know he's sick. Tasks for the day, Create my 5/6 grade girls teams (not quite 250, hopefully won't take long), Help another rec center move offices for remodel work, RUN at least 1 mile and conclude with Agility class at 5:30, work til 8pm. Looks like everyone is getting into swim mode to prepare for next month's challenge. Perhaps this weekend I will see if I can fit back into my suit well enough to hop in the pool. Nothing worse than and a** falling out of a suit, in a community/family center where you work Have a great day everyone!! |

Look what his talent did after he left, won a championship! Speaking of Spurrier, what happened to USCar? I thought for sure they would have come close to taking the SEC East, but when you look at it , they're only ahead of Vandy. I was actually pulling for them to come out of the East, that would have been awesome. SEC is a hard place to play, you never know what the outcome will be even with only seconds on the clock. I thought it was a great honor when they invited me to guys night out. I pointed out to them that I was, in fact, not a guy. The looks on their faces were that of disbelief . On the other hand, I do wear those sassy bike skirts a lot. Yes, they are very askeered. I like it that way. Guys nights out are fun... well eye opening maybe.... my only tip would be to NOT stay until the end of the night... Ive learnt they get into trouble or messy by then... And me and trouble... Im so easily lead LOL - I've discovred that the hard way more than once - |

Though I am beginning to wonder what Cat does for a living. So,I skipped another day of working out... feeling kind of guilty...but I've been taking the little one to the doc every morning this week for intramuscular antibiotic shots (ouch) so morning workouts are gone, and between stressing at work and commitments at night... well, at least I know I'll get a workout tomorrow (agility class). Important thing is I paid hubby's gym fee so he can continue working out. Yeah! ouch! Hope everything is ok hope you have a great class today! |

Pro 6582 Melbourne FL | Subject: RE: They Who Shall not be Named II This explains why I can't keep my hands out of the kids halloween stash, LOL! Bacteria Cause Chocolate CravingsSeth Borenstein, Associated Press Oct. 12, 2007 — If that craving for chocolate sometimes feels like it is coming from deep in your gut, that's because maybe it is. A small study links the type of bacteria living in people's digestive system to a desire for chocolate. Everyone has a vast community of microbes in their guts. But people who crave daily chocolate show signs of having different colonies of bacteria than people who are immune to chocolate's allure. That may be the case for other foods, too. The idea could eventually lead to treating some types of obesity by changing the composition of the trillions of bacteria occupying the intestines and stomach, said Sunil Kochhar, co-author of the study. It appears Friday in the peer-reviewed Journal of Proteome Research. |
