everyone must be out training!

I wish -- I had a lovely 10.7 hour workday >(  More of the same tomorrow.

Swim in the morning, maybe get an hour ride in on the way to work.   Have to leave work on time tomorrow night to meet BTers for dinner

Well Im not going to get a swim in this week here in Grand Coulee. I was running late when I left home on sunday and forgot my swimming trunks and goggles. So tonight I thought I would just use my tri shorts but alas I left them in my DWs car. My bike ride tonight was done in my running shorts and Im really glad I got that Adamo seat it.

And yes Beth it is one of those really small motel pools thats why I got a Tether.  Smile

Did a bike and some strength earlier in the day.  Also fixed my totals on the spreadsheet (had put down my run #s for the bike -- I'm ALMOST caught up with the running -- let's see what the morning brings Wink

Well I snuck in a little longer commute - woke up early and said why not head out and just ride further. So my biking is right on track for 110%.

I was suppose to drive today but it was so nice out that I plan on that for tomorrow or Friday and then I will get a strength, 1 mile swim, and run my last 6 miles. Might do a sprint Sunday so that will get me over the running hump and I just need to sneak in another swim and strength either Sat/Sun/Mon to wrap that puppy up.

First time I will hit my challenge goals in 3 challenges. I have either gotten smarter and gone smaller or just focused and worked it out. I think I would definitely do more running mileage in the future and keep the others right where I set them. Running has definitely fallen off the radar this month.

You guys have a great training day. It seems as though summer is finally here in the Great North East!

Nicely done!!!

and here I thought it was the inspiration and motivation from your team members -

Here's where I'm at

swim - I'm at 85% - should finish up the goal and be at 100% tonight

bike -  I'm at 80% - after tonight I'll be close to 90% and it looks like the weather is going to cooperate in NE and I should get a nice long ride in on Saturday and be at 100% or better

run - ugh - the fact that my tri became a du and then a tri has thrown me off a bit, but  I'm currently at 72% and change, I'm planning on a 1 hr run tonight and another on Sunday, I'll  do my best to finish up the last bit on Monday

we can do this!  Don't make poor Sal change his avatar again

You are, honey, you are!!!

I swam this morning even tho I'm way over my goal and took the long way to work today on my bike.  I have a bad habit of setting my goals for the challenge and then changing training plans!  Glad I've been swimming so much anyway cuz I'm seeing definite improvement -- of course I couldn't get any slower than I was!

Dinner tonight w/ BTers and we have so much to celebrate: Stacie is recovering from her near-death experience, IMCdAers are back in town and Trixie is in town before running the Western States 100.  Should be lots of good stories.

Train hard everyone!!!

Um...I may be the one that's holding this team back...I did get a 30 min spin and a 50 min run in today, but I will be struggling to reach 100%.

Sorry team...I guess I've had the post-HIM blahs...

87% swim
45% bike
59% run

Before the end of the month, I should be able to get in at least:

1800 yd swim
3 1/2 hours of bike
2 hours of running

That should put me close to 100% for the swim and run, but only to 60% on the bike...

Wish me luck...

LUCK!!!

I'm at 83% for the run and have 2 more 30+  min runs scheduled.

Bike is at 60% and I'm planning a long "virtual lemmon" trip on Saturday (since for various reasons the actual Lemmon trip with PirateGirl probably won't happen).

Swim and strength are both at 50%.  I WAS going to go swimming with the girls after dinner, however, the monsoon season is fast approaching and we have thunder bumpers in the sky.  So I shall do a strength session and probably a gentle bike just to ensure that bike goes over 100%.  Maybe I can catch up with the swim over the weekend.

Wish me luck, too.

I remembered the generally speaking creepy dude is at the pool on Wed nights - plus it's going to be a lot hotter tomorrow
