He was meant to do the swim workout he missed yesterday this morning... left him a message re: whether he got it done but havent heard back...

i know what mine was

I went in to get a check up so I could get refills on my meds.  My Dr used the word "obese" .  I always swore I wouldn't let myself get over 200 lbs (don't know why that was my limit mentally but it was).  I was 202.  End of story, I had to do something.

my turning point was high blood pressure, i was the same age my dad was when he started taking medication - i didn't want to go that route

funny how we each have our triggers

I had several turning points--but yes, like you, Judi, the first one that perked my ears up (AAAAH!) was when I went to a doc and my report read "morbidly obese" on it. I just couldn't believe it. I knew I'd let myself go, but wow.

My friend Patti posted my fat pictures in facebook.  I have them on my profile page.  There's a link in my blog but I don't know if facebok will let people in that aren't on my list.  If I were tech savvy I'd add the pictuer into my album here but I can't figure out how to get it in from one url to another.



Wow Judi - that doesn't look anything like your current pictures. What an amazing transformation!
