Ripped open a gel, put it in my mouth and noticed something didn't seem right. Squeezed a little bit more out and it was filled with ants! Not really sure how they got in there. Guess I got more than the usual amount of protein. Got another 7.6 in tonight. Ran at 9pm and it was still hot as hell. Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay - it could have been way worse ... but still. Ewwwwwwwwww!! Great run though! |
