WINTER MAINTENANCE OFFICIALLY HAS STARTED.

and WHAT a spectacularly gorgeous day!

DH is off to pick up our winterized boat, and then were gonna do some serious leaf raking/blowing.

im sure theres to be some mandatory leaf pile jumping. 

i need a shower.  i stink.  Patchouli Lime w a slight hint of cannabis and sweat.

Good morning ghoulies!

I'm starting to make some very Non-Paleo Dip for the Iowa game today.  After that I have a date with my bike.  Weather is going to be flirting with 70s today!!!! Friggin unreal

Got a really short run in this am. My shoes are shot and the new ones are not here yet. My shins were killing me. Now to get the motivation to clean house or work in the yard.
It is really nice here, too. I need to enjoy the outside while it is nice.

Good morning Ghoulies! I hope everyone's taking advantage of the good weather where you've got it. Sounds like way too many of us are being domestic this weekend. Oh well... someone's gotta do it, right?

Good afternoon Ghoulies. Just checking in on my last day of vacatiopn in sunny warm Florida. I got two strength sessiona in this week along with 5 ralks. Now I'm sitting by the pool listening to live music. Life is grand.

just got news (via Facebook) my friend just CRUSHED the Beach2Battleship IM course. (Wilmington, NC)

 140.6 in 11hrs45mins.

Morning Ghoulies!  Tried a short run yesterday but the knee was having none of it.  So today did a "long run" in the pool.  Am also keeping up on the knee PT.  Today will be #8.  But for now, gotta get outside.  It is beautiful.  LBS is sponsoring a cyclocross event today, so am going to go check that out.  Have never seen one, but hear they are a blast.

Back later to hear how everyone's weekend went.
