I am slogged down with end of the month paperwork. Ugh! I'd ALMOST rather go to a meeting than do this.

I know you hate them dear, but you need at least two veggies in addition to taters. (green beans are universal and easy. you can even do a slaw as one veggie). You need some type of roll/ bread. If you are doing Turkey, add some cranberry sauce in a dish. With the ham, you can put out mint jelly or a honey mustard sauce in a dish. Cut up some strawberries and add some whipped cream  to serve along with the brownies and you will be declared a goddess.

Melissa, sounds like you are thinking priorities and balance thru.  At least as much balance as a med student and triathlete can have....LOL      (and I agree with Ann ... the only way I could approach those times is with rockets)

Ann and Kim, horseback riding brings back good memories.  I rode western in high school ... just for fun, no competing.  But I haven't had a horse since then.

I have reached my original goal of a bike century in a month.  In fact, I should reach  the 110 mile goal that Ann upped the challenge to.        Did everyone hit their biking Madness goal?

I am having Easter lunch at my house this year. My family, my sister and her family, including her MIL, my brother and his family, my parents, an aunt, and maybe a few friends all over for lunch.

What do I make?

My parents are brining a ham. I was going to make a turkey, not a big fan of ham. I don't know what else goes with an Easter meal though.

I did pick up a box of Ghiradelli(sp) brownie mix.

It probably is ravioli but I just like ziti and sauce with some Italian Sausage and then mop up the leftover sauce with the ham
