I did not have the dog's thundershirt on. She was on the bed hiding in the "tent" with me shaking. Hubbie slept through most of it. She was shaking so hard the bed was shaking like the old vibra-beds in hotels. I got to sleep somewhere around 1:30 or 2. I am going slow today. |

It's too nerve racking for me to watch! Considering he's only been to 5 practices, and only 2 full contact practices he did a pretty good job yesterday. I don't know if I can handle 1 more scrimmage, and 7 games though. totally understand how hard it must be to watch him get tackled and all....how does Caleb feel? is he liking it now? eating dinner? and is this coming from the mom who had the crap beat out of her at her daughters softball practice????? |

He was pretty pumped up before and after the scrimmage yesterday. Now that they are actually playing "football" according to him he enjoys it more. He is definitely back to eating. Getting the crap kicked out of myself is one thing. Watching my kid get a little bit roughed up in a sport where he is fully padded, complete with helmet, is another thing. |
