Blackstrap molasses is the gunk you have when raw sugar has been boiled down three times.

It is awfully high in iron, though.

Oh, and taking Vitamin C or eating a C-rich food alongside iron helps it absorb better.

Yep! That's the exact bottle I was referring to. And yes, it's high in iron.

Ive never seen that here...

Hm. Oz doesn't have blackstrap molasses? How can this be? Do you have Molasses cookies?

I do have cookies. I'm baking some right now. I don't know why, but after 3-ish days of nothing but crackers and rice and broth, it's all I want. Cookies.

Yes, but this would require an unlimited supply. Plus, I've seen what happens when she eats all the peanut butter she can ... SHUDDER ... I can only imagine what the scenario would be with cookies!
