I just couldn't believe it. I knew I'd let myself go, but wow. Yeah, words like that are demoralizing. People either give in and "accept" that phrase or dig in to do something about it. |

Well, you've definitely worked hard! You should put together a "before and after picture" and post it on your blog. Actually, I think the Nibbs who lost a lot of weight should put together before/after photos and then send the photos in to some company, and ask to be in ads. (Jared did it with Subway. And you always see the before and after shots for Hydroxycut, etc. Who knows -maybe you could get some good gear out of it!) |

That becomes the technical issue of getting the url link right to post it in my blog. I told a few friends where to find it on my mentor page since we turn pages a lot faster and not everyone can get into facebook. (hmmm I actually said in my blog page 67 of my mentor thread) As for sponsorship...I didn't use any of those "products" It as loads of sweat and clean eating. |
