Other goals included: 3/22-3/28: Complete 80% of planned activity ( 86% completed) Workout 5/7 days ( worked out 6/7 days) Wake up by 6AM 5/7 days ( woke up 1/7 days) Bed by 11PM 5/7 days ( to bed by 11 2/7 days) I also feel like I can safely say I've accomplished "work out 250 - 300 minutes on average" since the past two weeks have had me beyond 300 minutes. So, check. Yes, I had a VERY late start this month, but here's to keeping the ball rolling. I have registered for the Warrior Dash, but I still need to register for the triathlons ASAP! |
