Isn't everyone stuffing their faces with turkey on a day like today anyway??
No remember we're a day behind you...that's tomorrow when we all stuff ourselves, we watch 300+ lb men in spandex and pads pummel each other, and then we all fall asleep in a tryptophan coma. Well I imagine the BTers might throw a workout in there, but that's about it for most of us Americans Riiiight.... well its tomorrow here and Im at work so that sounds much better! umm sure Dee... you tell yourself that! Me too... after having to go to the dentist tomorrow i think I might be banning junk as much as I can from now on... its not worth the pain... Oh and Im TERRIFIED of the dentist! |

Hon we are talking panic attack scared.. I dont think thats gonna do it! POOR DENTISTS??? POOR CAT! I hate dentists! or should I say "I HATE ONE DENTIST WHO RUINED IT FOR THE REST OF THE OTHER DENTISTS!!!" I won't say that reason today because I don't want our cat worrying herself sick. (Don't worry. Your dentist is in SYDNEY - He or she won't be this particular dentist who was the worst ever)

Ive had my share of dentists... my earliest memory is having teeth extracted while in primary school before they could numb the gum pre injection... I remember the pain quite vivdly.... |

Still on my taper this week so, 16.25 mile bike, 2.3 mlie run (in Dr. Suise shoes well 2 miles of i anyway) and 30 min workout. Time for pizza. My wife always knows when I'm starting to drop a pound, she is psychick that way. Still have snow. night all. |

I am wrecked! I just had to run over to the University of Queensland. - And I mean RUN. I was running late to pick up some specimens. ;_; Oh well. I got a few more minutes in to tally up to my goal (should've started my stopwatch though instead of relying on the clock) It's sooo hot! Master 2339 somewhere over the rainbow | Subject: RE: November "You Choice" Challenge Team Wild Hippo's had a good Holiday, had a good 5K (wasn't like a sanctioned race or anything, just a run near my mom and dad's house) was up all night with kids who had GI issues tired. gonna go run here soon, must clear my head. funny--husband had a cortizone shot on wednesday, and was in pain. so thursday he took some ibuprofin, and a muscle relaxer. then "forgot" and had like 4 glasses of wine. good times! good times!! i have a lot of stuff to hold over his head now--should last a good long while. hmmmmm... .. family CAN be fun |
