so, here was dinner tonight - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, I have to say - it was one of my best - LOL

Well I'm back from my 5 mile running race, plus 2.5 miles of walking with my wife, followed by a 1 hour trainer ride.  Wow, where's the sofa and the red wine? 

Side note;  I painted my fingernails a lovely shade of pinkish muave (as best as I can describe it) and left it on for the running race.  I had several of the women in the registration area ooooh-ing and ahhhhhh-ing over the color.  One even said, "I don't know why more guys don't paint their nails, it actually looks kinda hot!"  Hey, I'm tired of women having all the fun...it's my quest to get more guys to paint their nails and get in on the good times too! 

Today was sooooooo painful.  I went to the party last night and had a great time followed by a block party near my house right after. I still went to bed by 11pm becuase I had presentations to finish up this morning. Maybe I'm getting older or something but i had just 3 1/2 beers last night and I woke up with a hang over, painful head ache at that. I made it into work in time for the presentation (10am) but i was sucking. It may have something to do with the reason that I don't drink that often any more. Hence I will be leaving work soon and going staright to bed.

Ok I'm going back to try and catch up on this thread. So if i don't answer right away you'll know why.

Hi Hector!!!! Take care.... I cant say anything... I cant handle my alcohol very well so...

What I have found not drinking often and exercise does seem to hurt a persons tolerance to alcohol a lot!

I tend to agree. Between work and workouts I do not make it a point to drink that often. I mean my drinking now-a-days is far and few in between, maybe that's why it affected me so much. The bad part is that it effects my run tonight, who knows i may have to give up drinking? Maybe not.

Had to laugh when I saw the casserole dish, hubby's doing stuffed shells (in casserole dish) with Italian beef sauce.

lol - for a small fee - like the price of an airline ticket and someplace to stay!
