Then Im sure we will all find ourselved back somewhere as party central well some of us arent on the team in the first place so i dont see it being an issue... I know quite a few of the people signed up so matching up personalities so everyone is happy with at least a few of their team will be not too bad I hope!  Male/female splits is the one thing i have never got right with teams... its just not something I usually consider when throwing everyone together! |

As usual, Rachel just trimmed it up and Carrie couldn't make up her mind but then went a whole lot shorter than I tought she would (I suggested an inch or so, she went 3 or 4!) cool beans! It always amazes me how different my kids look after a haircut (well before they got to be teenagers) |

Guess it just depends on the individuals... for example I have a fabulous team this month BUT half of the team have not been seen since the beginning and they have never chatted... its sad as I think one of the best things about the challenges is the supportive environment... And one of the ones who has gone AWOL is acutally on my friends list.... |
