I have a support-group mentor that I can turn to. I'm glad he posted; I was really dragging my feet about being depressed. I hope he does something--he does go through his processes, though, in his own time. Depression sucks and it hits at unpredictable times... the hardest thing is keeping yourself going inspite of it I find - if you keep up with your life and things its a way of not giving into it... but everyone is very different, I know |
