It's ALWAYS a party in Nibbs, even if it's just one of us talking to oneself ...

Dinner's on the stove, dog is lying quietly, all is well in this little neck of Venice.

Just so you know - I could use a dog whisperer. My sweet lovable dog has turned into a demon. We're giving love and providing boundaries, but ARGH! Sugar Daddy is 2 steps away from sending him packing. No - don't worry - I'm standing up for the dog. He'll stay, but he's in "the doghouse" for sure.

Yanti can fix him... send him to boot camp .

One airfare to Cali...should I waste it on the dog or maybe I should go to boot camp?

You'll both have to go so Sugar Daddy doesn't kick the dog to the curb while you're gone!

Edited because I had to fix the quoting so I didn't start to twitch.  I have issues.

Hey Gals

Once I decide on something, I don't dilly-dally.  I contacted a fellow last night who needs a room mate for his condo.  He will not need to fill it 'til the end of the year, so there is plenty of time to get acquainted.

It will be $550 a month, but this includes everything.  I am going to meet him sometime in the next couple of weeks.

I am so excited.

BTW-It turns out that he was on Mt Rainier last weekend.  He teaches classes for the mountaineering club.

enders_shadow - 2008-10-21 9:56 PM BTW... I used to think red was the best, but a good chardonnay - buttery but just a bit oaky - definitely fills a need. Just a thought. Now it's my bedtime.

so, how do you feel about a nice

Sauvignon Blanc?

mmm

Not a big fan - too grapefruity usually.

mmm

Chard - yes. Viognier - love it. Bubbly - yep, bring it on.

Sav Blanc - too grapefruity. Pinot grigio - too nothing. Soave - same thing.

I'm still a white snob, but I'm expanding my interests.

Late chiming in, but the BT plans are fantastic.  I had to shift one around to fit my schedule, but I stuck to the actual workouts religiously and took 17 minutes off an Oly time.  The swim workouts are really, really, really good if you can motivate yourself enough.

I think thats the only real issue... I will have to customise to find one that suits my abilities?

My botany final is tomorrow-in less than 12 hours.

I just have pulled out the notes and I am trying to fill in the gaps for the 2 days I had to miss.  It is so good that I am a fast learner.

That could easily be done.  Just cut the runs in half, or do the run/walk thing.  The running is where I made the most improvement.  I stuck to the plan, even if I had to walk the last mile and a half in because I was struggling some days.

It also helped me lose 25 pounds since it was a set structure, and to be able to do the next days workout, I really had to take notice of what I was putting in me.  I guess it led to a little more discipline in other areas, which helped out big time.  In fact, I'm kinda craving that structure again and can't really wait till the next plan kicks in.

I need to join Triathlon Australia... then sign up for their 3 sprint races, the womens race and *maybe* and end of season Oly???? Not sure if I can do that or not (running)
