Yeah. My toes on my left foot cramp really bad on the bike and are still hurting now. I can't figure out why they keep cramping.

Even less fun

I hope it wasn't a major disaster.

I heard a pop and thought the band from my aero bottle blew.  Looked down and oops, there's the bars.  My friend had an allen wrench and fixed them.


That could have made for a nasty tumble if you were on them.

But at least she is still around to talk to.  I miss mine.  It has been 3 years now and I still miss her lots and yes, she drove me crazy too.

I'm hoping the newspapers will have pictures from the ride down 400.  There were out there in force.  TV too, but I don't think I can stay up until the news comes on.
