LOL nah i've been slacking on bt went away with parents for 10 days to cornwall (south west england) basically their holiday i tagged along for free got some nice stuff etc all for free and generally abused the generosity lol interestingly though i was on a beach this morning and there was an aquathon even thing, except it seemed to involve about 8 stages... kayaking, surfboard paddling, running swimming etc all up and down the beach in glorious sun just 6 days til first tri, have to work out hard now due to parents failing to pick up my bag of stuff with me to go on hol that had my wetsuit and running shoes, going to go cycling with the local club tomorrow, 40 mile "slow" ride, slow bein13 mph/21 kph pace. i'm going to falll over flat on my face lol |

Awhile ago I had to rush GB to the ER with excruitiating pains and thats what it turned out to be... he did all theinvestigatory stuff and it turned out to be that... they recommended moving it but because the pain hasnt played up for awhile I still dont think he has gotten around to it! |

Do a few confidence workouts to make sure you feelcomfortable with the individual distances in each discipline, take the day off two days before... the day before either do nothing or something very short.... Oh... and that thing on the beach you were watching was no doubt a surf lifesaving competition (believe it or not the big ones - at least here in Oz - are called Ironmen competitions) |

They couldn't see gall stones, but it was contracted. Doc thinks I likely have some they couldn't see or some too small to show up on the scan I feel like I shouldn't be excited about having to have surgery, but I am optimistic that this will solve my stomach problems. He also said that once you have a reoccurring attack, they will happen closer together each time. The last time I had this was a little over a year ago. Sounds like he knew what he was talking about yay! I can understand you wanting the problem sorted... so its ok to be excited about having a diagnosis and solution I think....
