Run 20 miles.  I have a 10 miler scheduled tomorrow, so I can hopefully work in another 10miles in the remaining days.  Should be able to hit this.

Stretch 3.5 hours.  AAUUGGHH.  I do not enjoy stretching!  The goal was only 4 for the month, so as you can see I have completely neglected this!  I added it at the last minute and I am regretting it!  But if I stretch 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening for the next 7 days I will make it.

Forgot how early the older kids have to start school. 6:20am and they were already lined up at the bus stops.

Our son's kindergarten doesn't start till 8:40am so plenty of time for morning workouts and then taking him to the school.

I don't have that reason, I have slacked off on some workouts   Time to ramp it up!

Chipping away at my remaining goals...57 minute swim (2000M) today - my longest ever!

My swim goal was based on time for the month instead of distance (as I actually thought I might get in some OWS's during my vacation - ha!), so I am considering backstroking the entire swim for the Chicago Olympic this weekend - should just about get me to my goal time!  Kidding of course, but I can't say it didn't cross my mind!

6:20A is brutal! The only people who should be out that early are crazy triathletes.
