Nose piercings, belly button rings, and tattoos all in one page! Very cool ladies. Maybe one of these days I'll post my tats as well. There's another I really wanna get, but I'm definitely waiting until after my race. I've been wanting a Viking ship for a long time now, and if I can find gainful employment I think I'll pull the trigger.

After I got every fed last night, finished homework, and tossed the kiddos in the bathtub, I brought my bike inside to take a look. It took me about 3 minutes to find the problem and 3 seconds to fix it. I felt stupid.

I had gotten a wireless bike computer and put on the back wheel so I had an idea of how I was doing when I was on the trainer this winter. When I dropped my bike while fixing the break, the little sensor for the computer got pushed in toward the spokes. All I had to do was pull that back out.

It's done now, so I'm ready for a 13-15ish mile ride tonight.

thats the funky green jacket and shirt i bought at the uber cool store down by REI (Forever 21....)

and one of the totally fab necklaces i bought at Pier One of all places.  (the other was the orange one i took a picture of)

this was about 3 hours into the evening so my hair is a little on the less than funky side.

but you get the gist.

they're my neice in laws mom and step dad.

Hi Amy, Neal, Bill, Kendra, Katie, Melindy (and Jules in absentia). Did I miss anyone? I am brain dead. It is another BEAUTIFUL day and the yard and garden are calling my name and I have to WORK. Can I have one of those letters from yesterday Anne? I have a phone conference with EPA this afternoon and I want to go out and play and ride my bike! (stomping foot).

Dear EPA,

Not only do we think you are scamming tax payers out of well earned money by having to contribute to your phony cause - now you are tying Robin up from riding her bike which is very green.

So cancel the call - she will not be in attendance anyways!

Any concerns - Call the President because maybe he cares!

It started off so fun - got about 1.5 miles from home and hit a bump in the road and then my tire starts to make noise.  I slow down and the side is pushed out - tire did not set properly for some reason.  So I walk home and decide that if I am going to change a tube it is going to be on my geared bike so I swap bikes out and go about changing everything around.

Beautiful morning for a ride - glad I stuck it out instead of driving because that is where I was about .25 miles into my morning hike a bike

Figure time to suck it up something like that just might happen in the middle of Iowa or on my tour - no turning around then!
