If you pair it with a solid disc, you sound like an effin freight train. |

So I want to ask you guys, what's the key to a great triathlon run split? Internet/BT wisdom is that it's all about bike fitness... In other news, I just signed up for another race. The Columbia Tri is a really popular local oly. I'm not really ready to start thinking about next season yet but registration opened recently and according to everyone I talked to it sells out quickly (ie less than a week) so I didn't have a lot of choice. |

If I hadn't gotten my Jet Disc for a steal, I was going to buy a Jet 90 and a cover. I've seen a 90 and a cover and with a good tape job, they were identical. |

Someone started a "make me feel better" thread because she was afraid of sharks during an ocean swim. And even that made me want to stab my eyes out (the actual swim I did was great, though). I did do a "mini-titeloops" today with a 1500yd TT. Did 21:22 in the drag suit. Final warmup for the tri this weekend. |
