Actually I'm not sure since I only met with the one guy.  Once I get home I'll let you know if any of the others qualify as eye candy cabana boys. 

No cabana boys who are old enough to be my father. Call me quirky.

Afternoon Ghouligans. I went for a run today and it ended badly for my stomach.

I am gonna have to get up early in the am. Watch out world. It won't be pretty.

Hey Ghoulies! Busy day here with a barely-functioning (as usual) computer. Man I hate this thing...

My daughter's birthday went very well yesterday, with her receiving a long-awaited new bike. We already went for a bike ride together, which was very fun I did miss my run yesterday, but I did an extra long, hilly walk with the dog to make up for it.

I hope everyone's well. I'm going to attempt to go back and catch up now...

Happy Friday!

Not much. Birthday party for a niece tonight. My husband and kids will then be camping out in his sister's yard and sleeping in tents, while I will be sleeping in my nice comfortable bed.

My daughter is going to a friends dance recital tomorrow at noon, then spending the night so my son and I are going to go do some geocaching.

Sometime this weekend I need to get groceries.

I'm not sure what is going on for Father's Day.

Not a whole lot. The DH is now sick and I hate that. He doesn't get a man cold he just gets really sick and quiet. The son is supposedly coming on Sunday and Jim's brother (who is NOT my favorite person) is coming in tonight and will make a brief visit to his dad.

Jim's dad has not been doing well at all. He just went home from the hospital yesterday. That is a month. He lives in a retirement condo place but may have to be relocated to a place with more daily care. He is getting really unable to do basic necessities and my poor hubbie has been dealing with all of that. His brother breezes in (twice in a month) and out and then makes all sorts of demands and such....

Ooohh, oops I went out on an unscheduled rant.

You asked what the plans were this weekend. I hope to get in the lake, get some yard work done and get some giggles in at some point.

Gotta get the giggles in!

A friend of ours just offered his home in Manhattan for Jim and I to stay for the NY Tri!

That will save us a boat-load of money!!

I started a new medication today. My ears are ringing and I am shaky.

This is not going to work.

That's not good at all!

At least it is not a medication that I have to take. It was just a trial. Fail. Nothing ventured nothing gained. I have to wait for the heart-rate to slow down so I can get my bike in. I am hoping that can happen at lunch today.

Morning Ann and Robin. Ann--sounds like youhave a fun weekend planned! Enjoy! Robin--sorry to hear about Jim being sick and your FIL and BIL. I hate suckage. It just....sucks. Don't forget the giggles-they are the most important part of any day.  

I am at home, printing some last minute things I was going to go photocopy at the library or hubby's office. I sent the items to the printer 15 minutes ago. It's stll printing. I didn't think I printed THAT much stuff. Oh well. Whatcha gonna do?

I just got a call from the NYC tri for a human interest story. Hmmmmmm

There are lots and lots of people who actually have stories. Maybe they were thinking of "yokel from NC goes to the big city".

They were disappointed but they were nice anyway.
