(I can say that because she's not here right now.) After that, Lyssa..... oh wait. She's here. I'll suggest her some other time.... D001 - 2007-11-05 4:28 PM kaqphin - 2007-11-05 12:21 AM Gah, yes! And everytime I upload it to Google, someone joins the challenge, or revises their goals. Oh wait. I just revised my goal too. Nevermind then.... Actually, the spreadsheets are fine. I don't mind them. And based upon what I've learned, it'll help the next.... um.... next? Am I really talking about a "next" challenge??????????????/ Someone please confine me to a padded room, and hurry! I've lost my mind! D001 - 2007-11-05 4:20 PM OK, I'm revising my goals. I'll slack off on the walk/run/jog unless I set a goal..... 120 miles bike 11 swim sessions (600 yd swim, 300 yd kick minimums per session) 14 shoulder strength sessions 8 walk/jog/run sessions And yes, I'll update the spreadsheet. LOL wow you are keen! had enough of spreadsheets yet? haha you just feel safe saying 'next' because you know its not about you next month :p I think in future we should try and do the team up thing for challenges to spread the work around! hahaha classic - nominate the person who's not at the meeting - that will teach me! LOL me, run a challenge - nah - I wouldn't be able to hold a candle to you all! You'll never know until you try! So I nominate Beth for Challenge Organizer! |

I'd be happy if I could get outside though. |

I wonder how many miles this thread will be by the end of the month, if we print them off and measure? That's my Monday mind not working. Already completed a fourth of my goal. Only 6 miles and I feel like my IT band is pulling my left hip back and my right hip flexor is pulling my right hip forward. I'm walking all scew-wompous. Good thing I go see my MT today. Well, I guess I should go get some lunch and get to work.

Master 1397 Granvile, Ohio | Subject: RE: They Who Shall Not be Named! lastcall2003 - 2007-11-05 9:31 AM Morning Tammy! This crew does keep on going - it's a riot, I'm going to have to get back to getting more sleep though! LOL Have a great workout and have fun remodeling - what are you doing to your workout room? My workout room is in the basement laundry room. Scary gray concrete block walls and a cold nasty concrete floor. I painted the walls bright yellow, hung a bunch of full length mirrors on one wall, bought this really cool foam flooring like the stuff you see with numbers and alphabet for kids - only mine has this really cool woodgrain pattern. I bought motivational posters on ebay and added a little sitting area if hubby and I just want to sit in the basement and talk about remodelling another basement room for a bar/game room. It's a much more cheerful place to be and since I get crazy busy doing taxes in the winter, its nice to have a room where I can escape for a little while and make everything in my little pea brain happy again... |
