Do I know how to do that? :/ I certianly dont... just got out of the shower... its just after midday so I put on my 'Hello Kitty' pjamas - freshly washed! Its gray, wet and rainy here today so I dont think Im going anywhere... YOu are going to be on my case all month arent you? That might be a good thing... I need to get myself back training... especially with all the events this month! Two next week... at least one the week after.... thank goodness Im not drinking! |

But, I did have two good workouts today, and did my PT, so I figure that is good. A bunch of my friends and I are doing a fun 5k run tomorrow (I'll be with the walking crew). I have my fingers crossed that the snow will start while we are out on the course! How are things with you ladies? (I have lots of Nibbins reading to do). |
