We're having steaks in a red wine reduction w/ some sauteed shrooms and prosciutto, some sort of potatoes (for my father in law), a sweet potato soup, some vegetable to be decided when I'm in the produce section of the store in a few minutes, and possibly some dessert. I'm jazzed about the steak...not so much everything else.  Jambalaya sounds nummy - maybe I'll make that for X-mas eve. Off to the grocery store. |

I've been offline for awhile, so here's an update: 1) Dad is going to be released from the hospital today. 2) I got a swim in this afternoon. (Wasn't anything I could do for Dad, so I hit the pool for a quick swim. It's a nice pool. Maybe I should move!) 3) Kendra sent me a PM that her Dad is in the hospital as well. Eskimos are a sweet you can by in NZ kind of a harder version of marshmellow but i have made it with marshmellows in the past.... you slice it up in to slices and it looks really pretty... its just a biscuity log with lolly pieces basically |

LMAO!!! hehe Im ok... I dont like to turn a light on because it wakes me up which means i have trouble geting back to sleep! I was tired and blurry eyed and just thought the dorr was more open than it was!!!
