Have a run and some strength today. I am exhausted however. Can't wait for the weekend, which for me starts today! Yipee!!

Enjoy! You're supposed to be refreshed and ready for a long weekend of fun training, though

Morning team. Got a good brick bike/run in this morning to stay on schedule.

Gotta figure out my long ride for Saturday. Have family in town and we're taking them to the Grand Canyon for the weekend. So, gotta either start the ride at 5am Saturday and be done by 10 to leave, or figure out a route for that area. Not a whole lot of bike friendly roads from our previous trips there.

Howdy, all!  Just got back from swimming 1500m, biking 25miles, and running 6.2!  It was a perfect day for a race!  Hope all the others who are racing today did well!  (can you tell by all the exclamation points that I had a good race and am still a bit giddy?!!)

Had a good weekend with the family at the Grand Canyon.

Got a bike ride in Saturday morning before leaving, then a long run in Sunday along the Canyon rim and through the park.

Speaking of hikes, I did a nice one on Friday. Have some pics in my blog if you wanna take a peek.   Was gorgeous this weekend. So nice and sunny n warm.  Perfect.

I need to catch up on my running.

Hey team!  Well, the 4k and half marathon from the weekend are doneSmile.  Both went OK, although I'm a little disappointed with the half.  I made my goal, but just barely.  I'll be scaling back on the runs now and working on getting more swim and bike workouts in.  The pool re-opens on Wednesday and I'm thinking about bike ride for tomorrow.

Happy Hump Day, everyone!

I just got back from a windy, windy ride.  I had planned on a leisurely spin just to get out and enjoy the sunshine but the wind turned it into a challenging ride.  I think I'm going to have a snack and a nap to recover from the effort!

Hey! How's everyone doin?  Got a nice pre lunch ride in today.  I'm a bit worried about my running. My knee is really bothering me at the moment.  Gonna try one more long run to see if it's just stiff or what.   After that I have no figure out what to do about the challenge.

Hey team!  Finally got back in the pool this morning - only me and one other person there.  I just did a nice, easy swim to work my way back into it.  I was hoping to get out for a nice long bike ride this weekend but it looks like it's going to rainFrown.  I'm not confident enough on my bike yet to ride in wet weather so I'll have to see.  Hopefully there'll be a long enough break in the weather at some point for me to get out and get the ride in.
