Okay, I think I got the avatar thing figured out. The key thing is that I *think* I figured it out. I'm somewhat computer stupid when it comes to pictures and whatnot. If it's not there, can someone help me?

Everyone have a good weekend of training planned? I'm planning on a nice swim Friday night, a bike and a run Saturday, and another swim on Sunday.

We have a team name (Team Thunderbird) but if everyone wants to change it to something more catchy, I'm sure that'd be fine. Talk amongst yourselves and let me know.

Get out there and kick some butt!

I'm not exactly sure where we were going with the thunderbirds name but I did some looking around and found some images that might be good avatars..

It was either these or some old Fabulous Thunderbirds flyers

I was going to post a more witty retort here, but since you haven't done anything other than run this month, I decided to have mercy on you.  If you need a bike, maybe you can get Courtney's old one - she just got a new job and will be getting a new bike soon.

I didn't even include race mileage in my goals either, but I did consider my taper.  So yes, my goals COULD have been a touch higher, but I wouldn't have had more than one race, either...

Don't jepordize the races.. sure you don't want to taper some more ;)

After all this talking I might have to run in the rain..
Oh.. btw.. if you go read my last race report.. you'll see why I'm running so much :)

Fat guys don't run so good....

BTW.. where did the rest of my team go?.. Shouldn't we be ganging up on this turkey duck??

Edit: WAY TO GO CAPTIAN!!! just in time :)

Hey team! I need everyone's pledge amounts when you have a chance. This is what I have so far:

suelei - $15
waskelton - $25
Scout - $10
Mekarual - $10

Get out there and kick some training rear end this weekend!

My plan? Going for a long bike ride tonight (at least 14 miles), run (3 miles) and swim (400 yards) Saturday, and a longer bike (20 miles) and swim (600 yards) on Sunday.

Okay, I'm the laggart here since I haven't defined my goals nor my pledge. The pledge is easy, I'll go for $25. How are we deciding which Charity to donate to? Regarding my goals, I should have them wrapped up by tomorrow.

Thanks for your patience.
