Swim 2.4 miles and it's hard to imagine you are gonna be chilly after you get out of the water and dried off and into biking gear.  Besides, if I see someone on a $3,000 bike wearing tube socks on their arms, I might just fall off my bike laughing!  :-)

Mike, you don't know me man.

People in DFW make bets on how many layers I'll be wearing if the temperature isn't 80 degrees. (For our local group rides.)

I'm going to bring a shirt I'm OK with tossing in a garbage can once it warms up.

Otherwise, I'm also planning for sitting for a good 1-2 hours before the swim. I will be bringing a chair, food, water and warm clothes so sitting in line that long won't be miserable. My Ironsherpa will carry all that back with him after we start the swim.
