Just cuz you don't think they "got it" doesn't mean they dont think they "got it". So perhaps they did get the memo and don't care because they feel good about themselves in their bikinis no matter what anyone else thinks.


Good point. I am still waiting for the memo about how I am traumatizing small children at our gym by wearing my (very small) square cut suit at the pool..... Of course I don't really feel good about myself in them but see them as a necessary evil

I am 52, my daughter talked me into buying a bikini a few years ago.  I mpstly wear it at home in the back yard.....but have been known to wear it at the beach when camping.  Mychoice to wear it is usually dependant on my weight.  If I am over a particular point on the scale it can stay in the closet cause no one's eyes need to see belly flab.  If my weight is good I am wearing it.

After thinking she might be too cubby for a bikini, she went with a more modest one piece this year.

My part time job is at an area water attraction...i would love to post a weight/size limit for bikinis/briefs/thongs on the entry door. on a side note it does make for some great laughs at times when the bikinis are lost on the florider...boobies go flying and but cracks start blinding!!!!
