UPDATE:

Apparently, idolic cartoons are worthy of molotov cocktails, but cartoons making fun of the slaughter of millions of people are all in good fun.

Now, to respond in kind, we are required to burn down anything Iranian that we can get our hands on.  Since we don't exactly have full diplomatic ties with that charming government, you can find their office within the Pakistani embassy here:

2209 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20007

If you fancy a trip across the pond, the Embassy in London is more prominent.

Bombs away...

No, since we insist that we have a higher "tolerance" in the "west", we need to rise above the petty knee jerk response you're advocating.

Is it in poor taste and utter despicable, yes.  Do I believe in free speech, yes, even if it's speech that I find offensive.

Besides, what better satisfaction to give them than to react in kind?  I refuse to give them that satisfaction.

Chris, while I agree with you in general, we must do something!  I call for a response of the most vicious and offensive kind.  We respond in a way that is devastating and uniquely American.  At the address Brett provided above please deliver for immediate shipment to Iran one million copies of Brittany Spears latest CD and copies of every tabloid produced in the last six months with either Brangelina or Lindsey Lohan on the cover.

That'll serve the nervy bastards.

Glorious, I'll start a trend and further sour our relations with two countries... maybe they'll figure out that a dispariging cartoon is nothing compared to what the stalkerattzi can do.

I don't think anyone has claimed all Moslims to be raging militants. But......... Islam as a whole is either unwilling or unable to control what many of you are claiming to be a very small number of militant Moslims.

That, or totalitarian governments in the Middle East pander to radicals in order to deflect criticism.
