Please update your captain with your training tallies every Monday. She's waiting to hear from you and compiling a list to send to me.

Courtney, as Captain it is your responsibility to get these numbers to me. If they don't PM you, then go check their logs and report the numbers in their logs.

I had only half of your numbers from the first week and no numbers from this week. Have you all dropped out of the Challenge??

Well, it would appear that we are out of the running for first.

Lets finish strong, bring up the rear and not miss any workouts this week!

And as of a few hours ago, my running is done. HURRAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, not being first is not a bad thing really, really it isnt.

I have two tapers and a week long vacation(that will be nothing but biking and OWS) so I won't be in able to stay together! I will be happy to rejoin later though.

ps- Courtney, I reached all my goals, but do you want my final(they will all be over 100%) numbers, or just at 100?
