What I like about this challenge is that the workout can be done anywhere. I prefer using stretch band for the woodchoppers, but that's easy enough to carry around. My goal is to do the exercises 8 times a week. Trying to figure out what twice a day means with my sleep schedule is impossible.

I totally dropped the ball this week on my own challenge.  But with the marathon this week and everything else that was happening, I'm not surprised.  Last week I only did two and a half days out of four, so I have to do five and a half days' worth this week.  OUCH!!

I did the 300 workout yesterday (at an extremely, slow pace with breaks) and my core hates me today. I haven't figured out yet what hurts the worst.

What mary did you do this past weekend Q? How did it go?

Did the Disney Marathon.  Went well.  Ran the first six miles with Betsy and Jessica (Tri Take Me Away) and then I took off on my own.  First six miles were around 9:50 pace and last 20 were at 8:05 pace.  It was fun!  Final time, 3:43. 

I'm back at it again this week as well...I need to catch up on this challenge!  Did 3 rounds Monday, two yesterday, and will do three today!

I'm finally back on track too.  I did my 5 and a half days last week, although I don't think I logged it all.  But I did do it.  Is anyone seeing differences?  Remember this works alot better when you eat clean, so I hope you're all trying to do so!  I can see a difference in myself in the three weeks I've been at this.

I've been doing horrifically bad this month. I completely forgot about the challenge when I started getting ready for the spring semester to start.

I'll try to get back on track. My swim/bike/run training is leaving me a bit sore though

Want a sick core workout? Turkish Get-up Mills. It's a Turkish Get-Up with a Windmill movement at the end. This workout will smoke your abs like there's no tomorrow. I'm going to try it next week.
