Subject: RE: The Ghoulies challenge YOU in OctoberI'm up, I'm spreadsheeted, I'm in. The goals had to be flexible--I'm still recovering from a very nasty (unidentified ) tropical infection. I put in 15 bike sessions, 10 running. That way they can be short and light if need be, or if I'm ready to head back into regular training, they'll be whoppers.  One way or another, it means biking every other day, running (may be walking or wralking ) every third. It will be a challenge. |
