I'll try to make it but also have to get a long bike ride in this week.  I hate to be gone both Saturday and Sunday mornings

Ok, so while on my bike ride today I was trying to decide whether I was going to do the BB long ride Saturday or swim on Sunday.  The husband has school work to do so I need to be home one of the mornings.  I had decided the bike ride was more important since my next swim is in the pool.  So it's settled, long bike ride Saturday, hanging with the kids Sunday...... Until..... I find myself horizontal on the pavement in an intersection on West road.  I'm going to put on Justin's 'Captain Obvious' hat now - When you're falling to your left, unclipping your right foot isn't going to do you much good.

I will see you all Sunday and likely have some very colorful skin to show off

Here's the deal for Sunday. 

We are all gonna start together.  The last one to the second buoy has to ride home ALONE with Keri.  And you are not allowed to wear an ipod or any other device that would prevent you from listening to every. single. word. that. woman. says.  If you don't live out our way then you have to sit on the bench w/ her for 45 minutes. 

Boy the non BTer's are really f'd on this deal.

Well I'll be riding my bike there on Sunday. It's actually not a bad ride except for the last .5 mile or so. At least I'll have a built in excuse for being the slowest, "I'm tired from the bike ride."

Don't mind us John's a poo poo head and I've got a frozen left butt cheek.  We're good.

CRAP!!!!  Sunday is Father's Day.  I mean, I knew it was coming and knew it was this Sunday but totally forgot when I made these plans yesterday.

I e-mailed the husband and gave him the whole 'I made plans but will stay home if you want me to' line.  Ugh!  I'll let you know if I can't make it.

you know what you are gonna have to do.  and i'm not talking abt staying home.

It's Father's Day on Sunday? I wonder if my wife and kids will get me that P3 so I don't have to use my road bike for my first Tri. At least I'll look fast.... until they actually see me pedal.
