Well, it seems that those difficulties continued and the results posted on the web show that I came in 4th instead of 2nd. I'm going to contact the race committee and see what they want to do. I'm not unhappy with 4th, but... |

If you hit the spreadsheet at the bottom, it should take you to the Google Spreadsheet. (see the above message for ID and Password.) Have fun, ride lots. Cycling, it is the foundation of Triathlon training (my opinion)

I think I will have a hard time with the spread sheet. I might need help. Anything I can do to help. If you keep you own logs up to date, I can pull the info from there and post to the spreadsheet if you would like. |

Thanks Scott. I copied it, but noticed that O2BFast is missing. I know he (she?) hasn't checked in yet, but can you add him (her)? |

Elite 3489 Lakewood, CO | Subject: RE: Gingerbread Angels: The scariest biker group in Peep Town Thanks, I think I screwed up when I added Christri's to it and overlaid O2BFAST. OOPS. So lets try this again. As for how to add. I usually try and do a cut and past from the message to my "goals". If not, click on the HTML button, then and copy everything after this line, then open up you goals and click to HTML and paste it after your last line. As I said, I am dabbling, figured out enough to totally screw up the display of my long and short term goals, but don't understand it well enough to teach. Maybe someone else can do a good job explaining. ..............

I'm Mike and am just getting ready to begin training for IM Austria later this month, so this will be great to get me in gear for that. This is my 3rd year for IM racing and about my 6th year of triathlon. I will need to figure out the google spreadsheet. I haven't ever used that before, but I'm sure I can figure it out. Go team, go !!!! |

Did you get the goals section of your log fixed? Here's a blue version, in case people like it better. I did red last month because, um, I was told that red bikes go faster. Uh, or it was Valentine's Day. Pick whichever color you like better. - Dee Edited by D001 2008-03-03 8:27 PM |

Champion 19812 MA | Subject: RE: Gingerbread Angels: The scariest biker group in Peep Town I did my bike TT today on the time trial course I raced last summer 4 times. It helps to know the course as I can parcel my energy out better. In the past I tended to fade and the goal is to build power or finish stronger last half than first half. Hard to duplicate the effort and excitement of a real race doing it on your own, but did my best. It was super windy but balmy 60 degrees here in MA...and I rode my tri bike first time since October outside which was a bit weird. I was 3 seconds slower than slowest the TT part from last summer and averaged 20.74 mph for that 8.1 miles then continued the loop which meant doing the up hill part a second time..brought my avg down to 20.32 mph which given I'm not in tip top cycling shape pretty much rocks in my book. NP Power was 180 and my goal is to get it to 213 before IMLP. These are hard in a good way! With warm up and cool down and TT I got a hard 65 minutes of riding in. |

It removes the "logout" option and changes it to select account. That way you can save your information into the browser and the challenge information. http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/16341 I find it makes my life a bit easier so I'm sharing with all of you.

Extreme Veteran 425 Lenexa, KS | Subject: RE: Gingerbread Angels: The scariest biker group in Peep Town OK, I must admit I am a new user of google spreadsheets. I thought I had it figured out. Am I supposed to update my stuff in that spreadsheet ? I just wasn't able to edit a cell no matter how hard I tried. Not sure if I missed something. Sorry to be such a novice with that spreadsheet. Too cold here to bike outdoors. 1 hour on the trainer tonight after swimming. I will not be a "marshmallow" this month. |
