Ha, I love that!  Of course my job is currently chief raiser of two rabble-rousers so no conference calls for me.

Ah yes, I've had many trainer rides watching Spongebob. Those rule.

And judging from your sig line, back episodes of 'The Office' (darned smileys...it's an addiction!)

Well, you do have to diversify between Scrubs and The Office.

And if you look at my blog title, Seinfeld as well I suppose.

I don't know how many times this has happened to me but I should have been arrested for some of the things I have left in people's front yards. I'm just glad I run at night a lot. It is easier to hide behind the bushes. No matter how hard you try to prevent this it will still come out to bite you in the rear (pun intented).

I'm just glad I was in my development and was able to hoof it home.  I had a lot of dairy today that I think upset my tummy...

Well...um, hopefully they just think it's doggy doo, shovel it into a plastic shopping bag and throw it into the outside trash receptacle...

They probably pick up the phone and complain to the neighbor with the stray dog...

I only had ONE incident.  Two years ago.  Had a long run (13 miles) at the end of summer and felt that I needed to take care of business, so I re-routed my run so I could pass by a park restroom.  Got to the park restroom and REALLY had to go.  Went to open the restroom door and IT WAS LOCKED!  Who locks a park restroom door on a Saturday afternoon?!

Well, obviously my body was already autonomically prepared to complete the deed.  Luckily there were some bushes about 30 feet away.  Ick.

Only once? Ever?

Heck, I had a run a few weeks ago where I felt the need twice. Once I made it to a bathroom. The second time...I was a few minutes away. Was in the park running around the lake. Let's just hope nobody fished there that day.

I will now be more cautious when picking up what I think might be stray dog poop in my yard...

Technically it's a frowny...much different than a smiley...
