That's one of my big reasons to do all this... keep my input and output balance in check... so if I have output (run, run, run), I can have input (e.g. pecan pie;-)

I hear ya there!!!  I lost 40 since jan.  kind of hit a platue, which is ok, now I want to trade the rest of the fat in for more muscle.

Thanks... It was quite a ride... Still is, but not as bumpy anymore... and since I have my tri goal now, the weight goal is not so much in focus anymore... Dieting is also not possible right now, because if I have too little input, I just don't have the energy to do my training.

Hey LSU,

Did you get this team log yet?

Just click on the heading "Team PECAN I JUST WANNA RUN challenge"  It will take you to the spreadsheet login.  Once there in the Email space type in Btchallenge and in the password space type in challengeforum.  Should take you right to our spreadsheet where all you have to do is put in your miles.

Haven't got there yet, but I will get there after my run tonight.  I forgot my running shoes so I couldn't do it at work.  Plus I actually had a fairly busy day.

Howdy, all! Got a run in this morning, not enough to actually let me sleep, though. I think I'm in that phase of exercise where you get all the energy but not all the sleep. I'm all jittery and just want to run and run and run. I go through this every once in awhile. *sigh* Could use a nice, long, REAL sleep, though!

Lots of big losers here! I lost 50 pounds, but gained back about 15, and am now trying to get back down. Grrr. Oh well, I did it once, I'll do it again, right?!

Be prepared  to get new smaller sized  clothes as you tone up . You will loose inches off the hips and waist .

No  Run today , did my weekly pool workout .

Washed my shoes in the washing machine over the weekend with some old towels .

They had lost their lustre but  now look   new again  and the smell is gone too.
