my goals are now online and i updated my first 2 days...another month of domination.

Got 30 minutes on a bike toward my #1 love last night before Pilates class, but I had to do it on a recumbent since none of the other bikes were available.  Ick.  I hate those things... I feel like I'm not working nearly as much and somehow it only feels right while reading some trashy gym magazine.  I think I lost some brain cells going cover-to-cover with Glamour.

But 30 minutes is 30 minutes, right?  Hope to make up for it tonight for a 30-45 min upright or 60 minute spin class if I make it to the gym early enough.

Bill, I took a look at your layers... but being weepy on my short 18ºF bike to work this morning, I'm going to have to work up to that!  After a trip to REI, of course!

Hey there Bill. Better late than never.
Gonna sneak away here and get a drainer ride in.
Hopefully the weather will keep up and it will be a good day for a run tomorrow.

Afternoon Kisses.  I got today started off right with a swim in my new lime green cap....with a skull and crossbones on the side.  Gave me swim mojo I think.  Tonight I'll get my goals finalized and logged.

 A good poll always helps warm things up.  Maybe work in the theme for the month.  Will try to think of a kissing question that doesn't take us straight into the gutter.

Hey all. Lots of meetings today (phone conferences) but it should be nice outside so I am gonna get my run in before the ice hits tomorrow.

First Kiss: I was 13 in the movie theater watching Live and let die. (Yah, when it first came out). All my friends were watching from several rows back and giggling. fun times.

Morning Bill and gang.  I got up to run this morning.  Looked at the snow and went back to bed.   Not a great start here.  Oh well...just means I have to run tonight.

Wow.  I just started thinking about this and I have no idea at all.  Probably in around grade 6 and with a respectable fine young woman.  That is about all I can muster up. 

Got in about 40 min of riding, a 35 min run and a 60 min swim last night.  I did 100m in 1:31 in the pool yesterday.  That is a 6 second PR for me and I was only going 80%!  My new swim coach rocks

Tonight is a 75 minute trainer ride and an optional 30 min run.  I've been having some leg issues so I may skip the run if everything isn't in top shape.
